MEDIUM: Watercolor, or your preference.

Kathy Rennell Forbes is again partnering with Glynn Visual Arts for the fourth time for a plein air workshop. Kathy’s demos will be in watercolor, but painters of all mediums are welcome.

Each day, Kathy will begin with a watercolor demo and then offer individual assistance.

We will spend two days on beautiful St. Simons Island.

One day we will focus on marshes and trees. Another day painting structures on the island. We will start with thumbnail sketches, learning how to simplify the scene and capture the light.
For these two days, lunches will be available to order at a separate charge.

The final day we will paint on Jekyll Island followed by an optional group lunch at a restaurant on the island.

We will paint at Glynn Visual Arts if inclement weather.

COST: $425 GVA Member / $470 Non-member
Individual Day Rate: $150
