CANINE CREATIONS: KIDS PAINTING WORKSHOP
SATURDAY, MARCH 8 — SOLD OUT

AGES: recommended for 8-13 year olds
INSTRUCTOR: Nathaniel Thompson
Thompson teaches colorful canine painting. From ideation to confident brush strokes and color theory, kids will create original Doggie Art and learn through a guided practice.
All materials provided.
COST: $40 GVA Member / $45 Non-Member
SPANISH STORYTIME & CRAFTS
TUESDAYS
February 25; March 4, 11, 18, 25
11:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
INSTRUCTOR: Mili Mendola
AGES: up to 4 years old + parent
Come to toddler “Mami y yo” (Mommy and Me) time, geared toward families of young children up to age 4 who will enjoy being introduced to the Spanish language through story time, singing, and a fun art activity.
This will be a great chance to get to spend quality time with your child, and learn a new language at the same time! Win, win fun!
All children have the ability to learn multiple languages, even children with delayed development or with different abilities.
Please be sure your child has a smock or clothing that is appropriate for using around paint and glue.
All materials provided, including special clay specific for sculptures.

PUPPETRY CONSTRUCTION for KIDS

Our Puppetry Building Workshop is the perfect opportunity to explore the world of Puppetry Arts.
During each session, students will build a puppet - they will; learn the art of creating characters, design the puppets' personality and features, and bring their puppet to life with movement.
We provide all the materials, tools and expert guidance they need to bring their character to life! They just need to bring their imagination!
COST: $60 GVA Member / $65 Non-Member
3 weeks per series
No experience required. All materials included.
Puppetry Arts and Storytelling Mini Camp

10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

AGES: K-12
Kids spend the morning developing creative storytelling skills through puppetry. Parents arrive at 11:45 am for a group performance!
All materials provided. Hand puppets go home with students.
