Come to toddler “Mami y yo” (Mommy and Me) time, geared toward families of young children up to age 4 who will enjoy being introduced to the Spanish language through story time, singing, and a fun art activity.

This will be a great chance to get to spend quality time with your child, and learn a new language at the same time! Win, win fun!

All children have the ability to learn multiple languages, even children with delayed development or with different abilities.

Create a collage of palm tree and letters

Hungry Caterpillar/ La Oruga Muy Hambrienta
Create a handprint of an “oruga”

The Feelings Book/ El Libro de Los Sentimientos
Use a set of feelings stamps to show some of the new Spanish vocabulary learned 

September 24
De La Cabeza a los Pies
Create a small paper mannequin to practice the new vocabulary learned. Example, head:cabeza 

All materials provided, including special clay specific for sculptures.
