Nathaniel Thompson
“2 Many Dogs”
February 11 - March 21, 2025

St. Simons Island native Nathaniel Thompson, whose alias is “Doggie on the Spot,” is a young folk artist who creates dog-centric art because, as he states, “I appreciate dogs for what they stand for – making people happy.”

For this exhibition, Thompson brings a colorful, upbeat collection of reverse painted glass and tin cut outs.  “The main goal of this exhibition is to make people smile,” said Thompson.

The public is invited to attend an opening reception on Thursday, February 13 from 5:30 - 7 pm at GVA, located at 106 Island Drive, St. Simons Island, Georgia, 31522.
