Create a Character: Hand Puppets

Campers will design and construct a variety of puppets as well as painted art keepsakes. Ann Lochstampfor brings her vast experience with puppetry and education to share the magic and ageless appeal of puppetry.

During the program, campers master movements and lip-sync techniques in addition to creating the puppet characters. The children also get the opportunity to design and paint stage scenery. The culmination of their hard work is showcased in a group performance held for parents and friends on Friday.

Campers should bring a lunch or snack and a water bottle.
